These terms are an agreement between you and Listara (operator legal entity to be confirmed before launch), the operator of this service.

You are responsible for the listing facts, photos and permit details you provide, and for holding a valid advertising permit before publishing.

Listara is built to support UAE real-estate advertising workflows. It does not guarantee regulatory approval of any advertisement.

Plans renew monthly and can be cancelled from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
