- What counts as one campaign?
- One listing with one goal. You get the Listing Reel, captions in English and Arabic, WhatsApp copy and cover — and the other formats your plan includes. Re-downloading never uses another campaign.
- What if I need more this month?
- Move up a plan from Billing at any time. Extra campaign packs are not available yet.
- Do unused campaigns roll over?
- No. Your monthly campaigns refresh on each renewal. If a campaign can't be created, it's returned automatically.
- Does Luxury Showcase cost more?
- No. Every goal — Just Listed, Luxury Showcase, Investor, Lifestyle, Tour Teaser — counts as one campaign, with or without voiceover.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Is the free campaign the same quality?
- Yes — same cinematic motion, typography, pacing and voiceover. It's a single 9:16 Listing Reel with a subtle Listara mark. One per account, after you confirm your email.
- Will Listara change property facts?
- No. Your listing details are the source of truth. If a motion shot changes the property, it's replaced with safe photo motion.
